En se reportant au noeud x de la figure yy, et a son TABLEAU DE COMMUNICATION (figure zz), sur lequel on a indique par des croix les passages autorises, on voit qu’il est possible de repertorier de facon rationnelle les informations de circulation relatives a chaque noeud x dans une base de donnees.

It's a table or grid showing what ways a driver can go at an intersection. I did find "communication board," but wonder if there's a better term for this context, which is an (older) onboard vehicle navigation system.

Why not simply this? Since you know it's for the car driving, intersections and roads, looks like an obvious choice to me. Or am I missing something?
