It's really open to interpretation unless you know exactly which colours are used - it could simply mean the primary colours (red, blue, yellow) or primary and secondary colours (primary plus orange, green and purple). But, sticking to the moreclassic definition, it likely means Red, Yellow, Blue and Green - see p. 4 here for definition of elementary colours.
