The asker was not asking about transliteration. Obviously, if it's a Ukrainian museum, the official name needs to be written "as from Ukrainian" as Bohdan. The reason the answer with that change was not seen as a separate answer, is that the asker had specified that what she needed to know was how to deal in English with the addition of "National" to the name of the museum (which is not in the reference source you gave). As she wrote, "Is an article needed, and where should 'National' be attached"? I helped her with that and she was evidently satisfied with the result. "Bohdan" she was able to fix herself.
