It is a discharge report where the patient has broken a leg. What it is not clear to me is if biossea means she broke 2 bones or the same bone in two parts:

the sentence: "cade sciando procurandosi la frattura biossea di gamba sx."

in another sentence we find:

"Frattura pluriframmentaria terzo medio distale tibia sinistra e prossimale di perone"
