Spanish term or phrase: royal de avellana
"Royal de avellana: Con las yemas, los huevos, el azúcar y el agua se elabora una pasta bomba. A ella vamos a unir 350 g de nata fundida con 600 g de pasta de avellana. Y a todo el compuesto le añadiremos 1200 g de nata semimontada con 250 g de azúcar."

This is my recipe, but I don't know what it's called in English. Thought I was a pudding buff but not feeling v perceptive tonight! Does anyone recognise it? Spanish from Spain to British English pls.

Hazelnut parfait
Explanation:
A more traditional option. According to the recipe, the result should be a very rich cream. Similar to a parfait, with the addition of butter (ouch!).

The window does not let me read beyond "pastel".... but if it is a cake then it is a cake without flour... anyway I believe your idea of "Hazelnut Royale" is a good one.

There is also a "Hazelnut Royaltine", here's the picture:

The lack of flour in the ingredients makes me think... perhaps there is something missing??

Thank you to all of you for your support for my original suggestion of Hazelnut Royale, which, in the absence of conclusive certainty about any other recognisable option, I have chosen to submit, and particular thanks to Cecilia for the refs.
