Explanation:
Perché ti sfugge il senso? In sostanza si dice che nei pazienti che hanno avuto una ricaduta o che sono stati trattati (con farmaci o protocolli) precedentemente al test, i campioni per la biopsia dovrebbero essere prelevati al di sopra delle aree tipicamente utilizzate per il prelievo dei predetti campioni.

Fai una ricerca e vedi se trovi indicazioni sulle parti del corpo da cui si prelevano campioni relativamente al campo della nefrologia.

Asker: Grazie Marco anche a te. Forse sono stata un po' brutale, non intendevo dire che non avevo bisogno dell'intero senso della frase, ma rispondevo alla tua domanda.

agree  Stefania Bertolini: Il senso e` quello ed "aeree" va bene, ma "deputate" non suona molto bene come traduzione. Io troverei un sinonimo.
