pelo que vejo este 'meal listing' é uma expressão utilizada pelas companhias aéreas, que serve para controlo-registo de passageiros que vão em lista de espera (standby), e que têm de se registar (o tal PNR) antecipadamente , e para que a companhia possa ter melhor controlo de todos os passageiros em standby e assim terem refeições para todos...ou seja, se só se venderam 100 bilhetes regulares para aquele voo, só terá 100 refeiçoes disponiveis, mas se souber que há 30 em standbye, a companhia terá mais 30 refeições disponíveis....qq coisa assim.
