agree  Tony M: In the absence of context, this is in line with my instinctive thought.

disagree  Tony M: Not in EN; we wouldn't say 'flush' for an oil change etc. — the action of flushing might be one part of the whole process (cf. 'flushing oil'), but I don't think the term would ever be used in the way you seem to be suggesting here.

Logorrhée / flot de paroles

Explanation:
Flush: a rushing or overspreading flow, as of water.

Je crois que c'est plutôt ça. Cela doit aller de pair avec les autres termes.

neutral  Tony M: Interesting thinking, but I don't really feel that 'flushes' (as a noun) would be very likely to be used in this way in EN (except perhaps by some very creative writer!) — 'floods', yes...

-> Oui, c'était juste une idée comme ça, mais je devinais bien que ça n'avait rien de naturel en anglais. ;)

Reference: flush = lost commission ?

Reference information:
could this possibly be the relevant definition?

http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/flush.html
"Amount allocated for sales commissions but remaining unpaid because no salesperson is 'qualified' (has not generated the required volume of sales) to receive it. This amount is 'flushed back' into the firm's cash flow."

So the salesperson may be motivated by the need to reach a certain threshold before the next "flush" date, or they will lose all their commission for that period.
