El Consejo estará integrado por doce miembros, de los cuales diez serán designados por el Directorio de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago A.G. y dos por el Consejo del Colegio de Abogados de Chile A.G., entre sus miembros. ARTICULO 20º En las contiendas que se sometan al Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de Santiago sólo podrán designarse a árbitros o a mediadores que previamente pertenezcan al cuerpo arbitral del Centro. | Reference Reference information: Hallo, zur Definition des "árbitro mixto" habe ich folgendes gefunden: "ARBITRO MIXTO. Estos como su nombre lo indica, tienen facultades de arbitrador en cuanto al procedimiento y se ciñen estrictamente a la ley en el pronunciamiento de la sentencia definitiva - artículo 223 inciso final del Código Orgánico de Tribunales. -" Es scheint mir also eher um die Befugnis bzw.
