Nem tudom, brit vagy US angolra készül a szöveg, én csak az USA jogi szabályozását ismerem, ahol törvények is vannak kerékpározásra vonatkozóan. Precíz angol megfelelő a "hivatásforgalmúra" tudtommal nem létezik, de kerékpárközlekedésre vannak jogszabályok, például a "Bicycle Commuter Act". Maga a kerékpárút bicycle path. Különbséget kell tenni a kérdésben szereplő kerékpározásra szolgáló kerékpár út (bicycle path vagy köznyelven bike path) -ahol nem megengedett a gépjárműforgalom- és az egy vagy több sávos úton kerékpározásra elkülönített sáv (bike lane) között. A "hivatásforgalmú" arra utal, hogy a kerékpár utat hivatásuk gyakorlásával kapcsolatban használják a kerékpárosok, azaz magyarul a lakóhelyük és munkahelyük között ezen közlekednek. Erre szerintem a legmegfelelőbb az angol "commute" szó. Én tehát a BICYCLE COMMUTE PATH fordítást javaslom.
