This is the context:

Abdomenography: Liver in the right MCL is not enlarged. Dorsal-and Ventral contour is flat, caudal and left-lateral liver side is of pitzkeil-form. Homogenous intrahepatic reflex sample without circumscribed structural deviation. No increase of internal echo. Portal vascular branching is non conspicuous. Orhthotopic non conspicuous gall bladder not tender to palpation.

Could anybody help explain this to me? Your help would be much appreciated.
