Objective: The In-Store Visual Coordinator ensures a beautiful and enticing presentation through creative design at select top doors within a high-volume market.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides Make Women Feel Beautiful (MWFB) and customer satisfaction at all times
2. Understands and demonstrates WHBM beliefs and company values with both customers and team
3. Provides an enticing visual presentation to attract target customers and encourage customer satisfaction
4. Ensures the best display for each item, and the boutique as a whole, in an efficient, effective, and functional visual presentation
5. Assumes leadership responsibility for inventory management, including the shipment, consolidation and markdown processes
6. Responsible for the implementation of all visual communication from NSSC
7. Updates window presentations as needed and completes weekly window updates as scheduled
8. Responsible for daily maintenance of wall and fixture displays
9. Manages all marketing initiatives, including receipt, storage and execution of marketing collateral
10. Manages display fixture inventory and ensures proper usage of the visual display fixtures and hardware according to visual directives
11. Partners with GM/SM to ensure proper training of all visual merchandising Guiding Principles to Store Associates
12. Partners with DSM to provide feedback on boutiques’ development and communicates inventory issues
13. Partners with RVM to learn updated merchandising direction and how to elevate a boutique’s overall presentation
14. Support RVM and NSSC visual team in special events, when applicable
