Per Due Diligence si intende la verifica delle condizioni di un'azienda in caso di possibile investimento o acquisto della stessa, per valutarne l'affidabilità e le potenzialità.

MI sembra di vedere che anche in italiano, in contratti o altri testi tecnici e meno tecnici (ed anche leggendo i vecchi post), l'espressione viene lasciata in inglese. DI seguito il contesto nel quale l'ho incontrata:

"Whereas yyy has agreed to purchase the assets and business as aforesaid either directly or through its special purpose vehicle to be formed for this purpose for total consideration of Euro xxx millions subject to satisfactory due diligence and independent valuation of business and assets to be acquired."
YYY shall start the Business Due Diligence (DD) activity within 15 working days from the date of signing of this MoU.
The Due Diligence shall be completed within 20 days from the date of its start.
On receipt of satisfactory DD report , YYY shall engage Independent Valuer for valuation of Business and Assets to be acquired. Valuation is likely to be completed within 20 days from date of receipt of DD report."

Si può parlare pertanto di "un livello soddisfacente di due diligence", di "relazione sulla due diligence" e"attività di verifica della Due Diligence (DD) dell’azienda", mettendo due diligence sempre in corsivo nel testo?
