Buongiorno a tutti.

Si tratta dello Statuto di una società anonima e in concreto degli articoli relativi alle azioni al portatore. Vi riporto alcune frasi in cui appaiono i due determini che mi stanno creando difficoltà:

Bearer share certificates shall be under the Seal and shall state that the bearer is entitled to the shares therein specified, and may provide by ***coupons, talons*** or otherwise for the payment of dividends or other moneis on the shares included therein.

The bearer of a bearer share certificate shall present at such places as may be designated by the directors any ***coupons or talons*** issued for the purpose of receiving dividens.

So cosa sono, ma come si chiamano in italiano? Cedole? Coupon?

Al seguito del processo di smaterializzazione dei titoli, il termine cedola è spesso usato solo in senso figurato. Vedi anche foglio cedole.
