This is a sentence in a set of Allgemeine Einkaufsbedingungen:
"Der Auftragnehmer darf Ersatzteile mit einem 10 %igen Einschluß für den Auftraggeber anbieten."
I'm not familiar with the use of Einschluß in this context. I'm guessing it means margin - might that be right? I've only been given a lot of short extracts from the Einkaufsbedingungen to translate, so unfortunately there's not much context to shed light.
