Vielleicht: Langzeitdefekte (zugesagte Lebensdauer wird bei weitem nicht erreicht) und spätere Funktionsstreuungen. Lässt sich m.E. nur aus dem Kontext aus Produkt, Produktionsverfahren, Qualitätskriterien und Messverfahren festlegen. |
