sto traducendo un testo circa il processo di miglioramento continuo (Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess (KVP)) di un'entità bancaria.

Il testo comincia affermando che:
Das Bestreben der ***Front*** und des Product Managements ist es die Produkte laufend weiter zu entwickeln und Probleme möglichst rasch an der Wurzel zu beheben.

Inizialmente pensavo che per "Front" si intendesse il Front Office, ma diversi passaggi successivi del testo - che fanno riferimento alle modalità di risoluzione di eventuali problemi - mi fanno dubitare:

OK, nel tuo caso specifico, ma ciò non toglie che fronte è il termine usato dalle banche in genere
