Bir kere bu terim, "tevil yoluyla ikrar" olmalı. "Teviri ikrar" diye bir şey yok sanırım, emin değilim gerçi. Bülent Arınç'ın konuşmasıyla ün kazanmıştır. Dolaylı yoldan anlatma, bir kelimeye başka bir anlam yükleme anlamına gelir. Görünür anlamından başka anlam verme demektir. İngilizcede bunun için "implication" kelimesi kullanılır.
