Explanation:
Se compararmos Paris por exemplo que se divide em 'arrondissements' (e que sempre vi traduzido por 'bairro') a Lisboa por exemplo que se divide em 'freguesias', iria traduzir arrondissement = freguesia ou bairro. Se se tratar de um texto destinado ao sector do turismo, o meu conselho seria de colocar a tradução entre () no sentido de orientar o leitor.
No 6º 'arrondissement' (bairro ou freguesia) de XXX, encontra-se o hotel....
