Apericena / Buffet Explanation: Dit is een apericena: http://www.wordreference.com/definizione/apericena Het is dus inderdaad een soort buffet. Je zou het zo kunnen laten staan. Ik zou echter niet het woord "snacks" gebruiken, maar eerder iets als "hapjes". Bij snacks denk ik persoonlijk niet aan lekkere Italiaanse etenswaren, maar misschien ligt dat aan mij.. |

Aperitiefbuffet Explanation: Ik woon in de buurt van Turijn en heb dus het verschijnsel zien ontstaan. Het is geen diner, je begint ook stukken vroeger dan de normale tijden voor diners in Italië. Je koopt een drankje voor een euro of zeven en je hebt een enorme hoeveelheid buffethapjes ter beschikking. Ik vind dat aperitiefbuffet het best de lading dekt. |
