Spanish term or phrase: Pintor de Cabinas de Revestimientos
Other than "spray painter", I'm not quite sure what the English equivalent for this, which appears in the wording of a collective agreement for a vehicle manufacturing company, would be:

"A 31 de Diciembre de cada uno de los años de vigencia del Convenio ningún trabajador Pintor de Cabinas de Revestimientos tendrá má s de 5 años de antigüedad en el puesto".

In this context, cabinas are booths for painting vehicles. The revestimiento refers to coating, I think. Googling, I see “a powder coating spray booth” and “a spray-coating booth”, as well as the phrase “spray booth painter”. If powder seems to always be involved, you could throw that in, but probably not necessary?
