Adresez această întrebare deoarece am găsit trei variante şi nu îmi dau seama, care dintre ele redă cel mai bine semnificaţia din limba română.

1. Extrait du Registre de Commerce (aş opta pentru aceasta, potrivit definiţiilor găsite pe site-ul Camerei de Comerţ din Paris).

2. Confirmation détaille de la société commerciale (sugerată de colegi traducători, deşi mi se pare destul de lungă şi complicată).

3. Certificat de constatation (sugerată de colegi traducători, dar mi se pare foarte româneasca traducerea).
