agree  María Eugenia Wachtendorff: Rafa, me queda la duda, porque dice "descontando el castigo del fondo de comercio". Write off es la operación contable propiamente tal, pero no sé en la parte del "fondo de comercio", que parece que en España se refiere a la plusvalía del negocio.

Yo he visto traducido castigo como "charge-off" y en caso de que fondo de comercio se refiera a crédito mercantil, este se traduce al inglés como "goodwill". Espero que esto te sirva de algo.
