Qual o termo PTB para isto? "conta de tempo de trabalho"?

"Arbeitszeitkonto ist ein Begriff aus dem Personalwesen. Hierbei wird auf schriftliche oder elektronische Weise die tatsächlich geleistete Arbeit (inklusive Urlaub, Krankheit, Überstunden etc.) des Mitarbeiters nachgehalten und mit der arbeitsvertraglich oder tarifvertraglich zu leistenden Arbeitszeit verrechnet. Ermittlung erfolgt durch das abstempeln in den Zeiterfassungsterminals.
