Would this just be translated as Engineering Faculty? I am struggling to see what технологический adds to the meaning. It is actually a faculty in an American university.

Department/School of Engineering (and Technology)
Explanation:
I offer this with the understanding that it's a department at a university in the US, and I assume you don't know which university it's at -- or you're looking for sort of a generic "one name fits all." If the latter, I would go with "Department of Engineering." My impression is that it's the most common.

At MIT it's called a "school" (http://engineering.mit.edu/). At Brown it's a "department" (http://www.engin.brown.edu/). At Virginia State University it's "Department of Engineering and Technology" (http://engrtech.vsu.edu/).

BTW, in the US "faculty" usually means the teaching staff, not the department.

Thanks very much. This is exactly the case - I am not sure which university it is.
