German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs / Audit report
German term or phrase: Weiterbeschäftigungsrisiko
This is a term in a tax audit report: The report comments that the use of outsourcing reduces this risk for the company being audited. The literal translation: "continued employment risk" clearly doesn't work and Google confirms this. Is there a "correct" technical term in English?
