En realidad, la expresión correcta, que recoge el DRAE es "a ojos vistas"

La locución a ojos vistas tiene dos significados: a) ‘visiblemente, claramente, palpablemente’; b) ‘con toda claridad, sin ningún disimulo’. No son correctas las varientes ‘a ojos vistos’ ni ‘a ojos vista’.
