The phrase follows exhaltations of the XX hotel's upmarket lounge/restaurant and Michelin starred chef.
I had some difficulty with endroit- place etc. and my best effort so far is: "YY (name of restaurant/bar) is an essential part of your hotel experience." Am I over-elaborating here? The context is a very brief (almost bullet-point style) welcoming publicity leaflet.

Right at the heart of the resort... the ultimate address

I have a personal preference for using "in town" as opposed to "in the resort", but it may not be applicable in your case depending on the size of the resort.

I think that "social hub" more or less implies all of the above, but you could add "at the heart of the resort" if you want to emphasise that it is also physically centrally located.
