"Puerikultura" should be translated as PUERICULTURE OR PEDRIATICS OR CHILD CARE but never as PEDIATRICS NURSING. This is not just because Klemi says so but people that are way smarter than her do. Klemi just did the homework that is called RESEARCH using dictionary, internet, people. Here is my explanation:

I chose pediatrics because puericulture is an obscure word that is used only among professional in the medical field and less understood by the general population. Pediatrics is more common.
