Se o contexto se referisse a um curso de "lembrança" (exemplo: policiais em cursos de reciclagem de técnicas de tiro, enfermeiros em cursos de RCP etc), eu sugeriria "brush-up". No caso, porém, minha sugestão será "professional development", pois não se trata exatamente de reciclagem de conteúdo didático (já exposto), mas exposição de novas técnicas.
