Asker: Salut Nathalie, je suis d'accord que "customer service" et "customer advocate" onte le même sens général, mais advocate possède un autre sens. Oui, c'est du service à la clientèle, mais l'advocate est un champion client, il ne fait pas que recevoir des plaintes. Aussi, je trouve que ta proposition de traduction est trop alambiquée. Désolé.
