Medical - Medical: Cardiology / echocardiogram
Spanish term or phrase: VB ...
From the Antecedentes section of a discharge report, written by a doctor who has a greater-than-usual love of acronyms. Following a description of the patient´s social and family history, CV risk factors and allergy details, it says:

VB: asintomático salvo sudoración si se concentra mucho en el trabajo durante más de 2 horas

Aside from the fact that I seem to have exactly the same symptom ;o) I've not come across the term VB before other than to mean "visto bueno", which does not fit here.

Any ideas?

Notes to answerer
Asker: I think this could be it. I actually came across the same term yesterday, shortened to vrg. and didn't know what it meant then either. Two birds...!

Explanation:
Unless the doctor's own initials are VB, the VB=Visto Bueno generally means that what has been seen and read has been understood, noted and approved.
