German term or phrase: Medienkooperationen
What's the really English term for these marketing measures? Linguee gives me numerous translated websites with "media cooperations", but I'm not convinced that this is really what Brits or Americans say.

It's part of a list of services on offer from a PR agency:

Kreationsleistungen je nach Kundenwunsch und Kampagnenrahmen, z.B.:

- Klassische Werbung (z.B. Printanzeigen, Außenwerbung)
- Corporate Publishing
- Corporate Design
- Branding
- TV-Werbespots
- Verkaufsförderung, Direktmarketing
- Medienkooperationen
- Online Solutions (z.B. Anzeigen, Banner)

media partnerships

Explanation:
I would tentatively suggest this term. Although many German texts include both the terms "Medienkooperationen" and "Medienpartnerschaften", they are very often used as synonyms. So, provided your text does not also include the term "Medienpartnerschaft" or, if it does, does not make any sort of differentiation between the two, then it should be safe to use media partnership, which appears to be a much more common term in English.

Here is at least one German company that translates Medienkooperationen as media partnerships rather than media cooperations.

Adding Value Through Media Partnerships
The first step in establishing such a partnership is to determine which media outlet will help deliver your messages most effectively to your audience and to plan your approach so that you have the best chance of success. For example, some programs might have highly visual elements, which calls for a TV partner, while others are better suited for radio or print.

DRPR-Richtlinie zu Medienkooperationen
Medienunternehmen oder Verlage treten gegenüber der PR in zwei unterscheidbaren Rollen auf: erstens als Redaktionen und zweitens als Wirtschaftsunternehmen. In dieser zweiten Rolle sind sie häufig für gewisse Zeiträume oder bestimmte Themen Kooperationspartner von anderen Wirtschaftsunternehmen und PR-Agenturen. Solche Partnerschaften werden vor allem Medienkooperationen genannt.
