English translation:underlying securities expressed in units of account,
Explanation:
I think I previously submitted 'underlying asset' for 'support' in this translation and this would seem to support that.

The assets invested are represented by 'units' instead of shares, and the various types of investments - stocks, diversified funds, etc. This seems to be a 'unit investment trust', similar to a SICAV in France. The terminology is different in Canada. SICAVs in France have 'parts' rather than 'unités' which seems to be specific to Canada.

You also might say 'units of account representing the types of investment available'.

It might be really helpful to know exactly what kind of investment instrument this is. Is it a 'unit investment trust', or maybe some kind of exotic instrument offering different asset classes periodically reallocated by formula?

Definition of Unit Investment Trust from Investopedia.com:

"What Does Unit Investment Trust - UIT Mean?
An investment company that offers a fixed, unmanaged portfolio, generally of stocks and bonds, as redeemable "units" to investors for a specific period of time. It is designed to provide capital appreciation and/or dividend income.

Unit investment trusts are one of three types of investment companies; the other two are mutual funds and closed-end funds
Investopedia explains Unit Investment Trust - UIT
Each unit typically costs $1,000 and is sold to investors by brokers. UITs can be resold in the secondary market. A UIT may be either a regulated investment corporation (RIC) or a grantor trust. The former is a corporation in which the investors are joint owners; the latter grants investors proportional ownership in the UIT's underlying securities."
