Hello Mohamed once again: 1- A "team" is literally: A group organized to work together such as a team of engineers. 2- A translator should always imagine terms within a context; without it terms are meaningless. Therefore, when we talk about "team composition" in a project for example, we're talking about a project team. In Arabic that means: فريق عمل المشروع when "team" is used within a context referring to the "work that is going on, needs to be done or has been accomplished" , it becomes OBVIOUS that it's a "working team" without the need to state "working".
Translation is about being "concise", that's expressing much in few words; clear and succinct.
