Nová PS bude vybudované v areáli cca 160 m od hranice intravilánu obce - maybe that slightly supports Gerry's answer (hranice intravilánu from what I have been able to find out relates to land designated for development). Thank you to all 3 of you for your input. Unfortunately I don't think there really is any more context - it is just the title of a section of text on gas pipelines and thereafter the text starts dealing with the specifications for the gas pipelines. UO then crops up again in the title to another section: "16. UO Košice Terasa - rekonštrukcia STL a NTL plynovodov 4. etapa" - but again no more context or relevant text.... Sorry!

Yes. In fact now I think Garry's idea quite gets to the point if you have a look at the references you provided. I think it will be urcený operát. It is really asked by another asker exactly the same day as this question. There are also 2 pretty good answers there with online references. Operat is documentation in relation to land unit in cartography. It consists of 2 parts- the written docs and maps.

Take my 'land designated for development' with a pinch of salt - I must admit I don't know 100% what parcely určeného operátu (UO) actually means. I know that it comes up a lot in land registry documents.

I agree with you, Kristian, that more context would help. "UO" comes up a few times specifically in the context of gas, e.g.:

You can find this simply by googling 'urganisticky obvod'-every other hit will come up with nr.'s after the term.

In my understanding 'ubanisticky obvod' is at the level of individual set of streets, or blocks. Therefore, it is important to find out whether the word UO in in the source segment is Kosice Furca directly and more context for this is necessary.
In this example you can see the following division of Kosice:
ULICA - MESTSKÁ ČASŤ - ČÍSLO MČ - OKRES - URBANISTICKÝ OBVOD - POZNÁNKA (Where MC stands for mestka cast).
In line 3 there are the following:
Adlerova - Dargovských hrdinov - 9 - III - 079

I have done a research and found out that Dargovskych hrdinov is the city district called Furca (this is the name of the hill where it is built). In my post bellow, you can see a new reference from wikipedia, using the term city district for Dargovskych hrdinov (Furca). Hence, I decided to post territorial district as this is near to the given term.
