Some absolutely beautiful writing here, prose which sings. I mean, some of your expressions are so poetically haunting. In your language you create a ghostlike quality, shadow and light. This is a very stylised and unique writing voice - and this is the main thing which stands out for me.

B D Finch: The language of the Bible was formal in 1611. In 400 years the language has changed and one cannot use the Bible as authority for day-to-day linguistic usage.//Because it sounds wrong to any native speaker.

Arabic & More: The Biblical context is irrelevant to this discussion. "Fitly framed" in the Bible verse you cited means "to joint together" and has nothing to do with a page singing.
