Hi

I am translating a text which lists a number of patient groups which are linked to a particular hospital. I cannot find a proper translation for the above group.
My best guess is "national federation for the aid of renal insufficient patients". There is of course the possibility that there is no official/proper translation of this and my translation would be better with the french term + an explanation.
