agree  Tony M: 'lot' might be 'work package', depending on what is being tendered for. I'd be inclined to say "...not to bid for..."

if you momentarily eliminate "à un même appel d’offres comprenant un lot" I think you will agree that the sentence makes more sense ?

So that would give something along the lines of :
"I agree to not bid on the same tender which includes an item, or on the same items if the tender includes several, as any society ...etc etc"

(I'm fairly confident in my understanding of the sentence, but I've only done a quick rough translation ).
