il mio non era un giudizio negativo. Tutt'altro. Poiché credo che da decenni si inventi nei Paesi anglosassoni e tedeschi (passami la generalizzazione :)), da noi siamo costretti a importare concetti per i quali o riadattiamo altri termini o ne creiamo dei nuovi. Chissà che il RISTOMERCATO non sia uno di questi :)

potrebbe essere un termine futuribile :). Anche se ha qualche riscontro un po' vago, mi fa pensare a quei nuovi prodotti alimentari che vengono fatti assaggiare ai sensorialisti che li ritengono però troppo avanzati per il mercato che non è ancora pronto per accoglierli e comprenderli!

Per questo parlare di ristorante, ristorante selfservice, ristoranti mensa self service free flow mi sembra riduttivo. Si tratta di un vero e proprio supermercato-ristorante, modello che sta ormai prendendo piede cone nei paesi anglosassoni e in Germania.

Presumo si tratti di un centro commerciale: pertanto io batterei sullo spazio ristorazione - può essere ad isole, ad angoli per le varie pietanze. p.es. un'area ristorazione e 700 mq di sport.....
