agree  Timo Lehtilä: I could imagine that the verb 'tökkiä', surely not any exactly determined term in medical parlance, is used here because the patient has told: 'On tää vähä tökkiny'. BTW, I just thought that 'tökkiä' also have the meaning 'be disgusting', maybe here, too.
