French term or phrase: droit de garantie
I'm trying to pin down the best way of phrasing this in English in the following extract from a document relating to Purchase Conditions issued by XXX. The phrase "right of guarantee" doesn't strike me as being right and the translations provided by the gdt do not seem appropriate, so any ideas would be appreciated:

guarantee commission

Explanation:
This is the translation given by the Dictionary of the Council of Europe which is similar to those in the GDT, i.e. guarantee fee or charge
