agree  Barend van Zadelhoff: MosterT :-) "range" as there can be a number of them / agree with Phil, indications can be left out as well in this context

  -> Ja, met een T inderdaad. Had ik moeten weten. Heb 'm ooit ontmoet op een FIT-conferentie in Melbourne.

agree  philgoddard: Just "indications" would do.

  -> Thanks, Phil.

agree  Lianne van de Ven: just indications, yes

  -> Thanks, Lianne.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): just indications.

  -> Thanks, Tina.

agree  copheoske: I hate to disrupt the flow here, but I do think that 'range' is important here. My preference though is for 'indication range'. Should there not be a comma after 'indicatiegebied'?

  -> IMHO, indication range would be fine here. As for the comma, that is more or less implied but not normally added in such lists in Dutch before 'of'. Nor for 'en', for that matter.
