Japanese term or phrase: 考案 
特許文書で使われる「発明」は l'invention ですが、実用新案の文書で使われる「考案」はフランス語でなんというのでしょうか。辞書で調べたら同じ invention と書いてありますが、この2つはフランス語では区別されないのでしょうか。

Dans votre phrase, je garderais le terme invention car c'est bien de cela qu'il a l'air de s'agir.
Cependant, si vous voulez absolument éviter ce terme, vous pouvez éventuellement le remplacer par "innovation" dont le sens est très proche.
