flap (or flank) beef steak Explanation: "res" = beef "vacío" = it's a typical Argentinean cut of the meat. You can leave it like "vacío", or you can say "flap steak", as I have seen it in a menu of an typical Argentinean Restaurant. Did you translate "falda"? Then you would have to translate "vacío" too.
