Мне кажется, коротко на русском это сложно передать.
"В очень напряжённых условиях", имхо, как-то не то, не охватывает все грани и поверхности :-).
Фраза из резюме (не из моего :-))))):
"Обладаю превосходной способностью продуктивно работать в условиях крайней неопределённости и завышенных требований как со стороны заказчиков, так и руководства, стрессоустойчив".
