according to the appellant Explanation: Playing with the punctuation makes it a bit clearer I hope: Secondo la ricorrente, la risposta della corte d'appello (secondo cui, trattandosi di giudizio di opposizione ad ingiunzione fiscale, l'amministrazione opposta - essendo convenuta - era ammessa a svolgere nuove eccezioni anche in appello) non fornisce risposta sul punto. |

secondo la ricorrente.... according to the appellant Explanation: The ricorrente can be simply the claimant or plaintiff, but since this is to a court of appeal it is the appellant the ruling of the court of appeal does not provide an answer on the point, because according to that ruling , since it was a ruling against a tax injuction, the tax authorities appealed against, having been summoned, were permitted to make further objections even in appeal. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 mins (2010-07-22 12:00:08 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- It is like unravelling spaghetti. Easy once you get the hang of it. |
