Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / conditions for suppliers
Spanish term or phrase: realiza lance
"Asimismo, realiza lance para conocer la situación financiera de los potenciales proveedores."

In the conditions given by an automotive company for suppliers.

I hadn't come across this before and am drawing a bit of a blank in research, but I am presuming that is it "to carry out searches" - could anyone confirm or contradict pls? Fishing imagery? As in to cast?

It's what came to mind but maybe it's too colloquial for the rest of your text?

A bit dull, but couldn't you just say "...ATTEMPT to find out...." ?
