Existe uma tradução consagrada para a expressão "tax shield"?

Não encontro nos meus dicionário, nem aqui no Proz.

Encontrei sim explicações: um mecanismo de proteção que funciona como um escudo fiscal.

Mas, se coloco "escudo fiscal" (uma tradução literal) no google, não aparece nada nesse contexto de empresas, mas sim de economia de países, etc.

Qualquer ajuda é bem-vinda. Obrigado a todos de antemão.
