Japanese term or phrase: バッシング
This term appears in an Restaurant Employee Evaluation Sheet. There is a "definition of terms" section in the document defining バッシング as 「下げ物」 but neither that helped me understand the meaning of the word. The following are some sentences containing the term in question:

1. 素早く静かにバッシングすることが出来る。
2. バッシングを丁寧に行っている。
3. 常にバッシングできるものがないか、気を配っている。

Any help would be much appreciated. :)

Explanation:
Could it be a bad romanization for "bussing" a table? Removing the dishes after a customer has left?? Just a guess.
